Package Delivery Beach Area (PDBA)
At Package Delivery Beach Area (PDBA), we are committed to delivering your packages safely and securely. However, it is important to understand the limits of our responsibility, especially regarding fragile or valuable items.
1. OUR ROLE
PDBA provides delivery and logistics services but is not responsible for any damage to items or items in packages that are improperly protected or packaged by suppliers. We also do not provide insurance coverage for items or packages.
2. PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
Fragile items—such as glass, mirrors, artwork, and other delicate goods—must be professionally packaged using industry-standard materials (e.g., fitted Styrofoam, crates, secure padding) designed to protect contents during shipping. Proper packaging ensures items can withstand normal transit conditions, including handling, stacking, bumps, and occasional drops.
3. LIABILITY

PDBA does not accept responsibility for damages to items that were not properly packaged. If an item is damaged upon arrival, this indicates inadequate packaging, for which PDBA cannot be held liable.

Under certain conditions, we may assume responsibility only for lost packages that are in our direct possession and care at the time of loss.

Damage or Loss caused by factors beyond our control—including poor packaging, misdelivery, or handling by other parties—to include PDBA , is outside our liability.
4. INSURANCE
For fragile, high-value, or sentimental items, we strongly recommend obtaining shipping insurance through your packer, carrier, or a third party. Insurance protects you financially in case of damage or loss during transit or delivery.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all items and fragile items are professionally packed before handing them over to PDBA.
