• Please note that your last name and PDBA should be combined with no space, and PDBA should be in capital letters.

• We offer a $300 tax exemption. Customs may charge taxes if the invoice price exceeds $300.

• Consumable items fall under the APA,  Department of Health. Coffee, supplements, foods, and cosmetics are typically fine in small quantities of 1-2 items. However, customs may charge a small fee ( $5 per product), an APA permit, and hold a package up to 2 weeks. This is a routine process. 

• If customs retains a package, the digital invoice will be requested. We can receive by whatsapp a screenshot or a PDF of the invoice. If APA consumable item customs will also request a photo of your cedula.
